I'm currently the User Experience Lead for PwC’s industry-leading enterprise healthcare solution rebuild, focused on optimizing operational efficiency and automating workflows. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve collaborated with cross-functional teams of 30+ members across both onshore and offshore locations to deliver impactful, user-centered outcomes. In parallel, I lead initiatives at scale, delivering design training for 100+ designers, and improving our internal design system to better support usability across varied abilities and contexts. These initiatives continue to foster a culture where designing with care and consideration is simply how we work.
